ABOUT BEYOND SPEECH
Beyond Speech was established in 2010. The focus of our company has always been to provide high quality speech-language services to families in Central Arkansas. Our name, "Beyond Speech," describes our level of commitment to going above and beyond for the families we work with. This involves home programming, a high level of communication with families and teachers, and most importantly connecting with your child. In addition, our name was created to describe the services that speech-language pathologist provide. While speech-language pathologist love helping children articulate sounds such as "r" and "s," our scope goes way beyond to helping children learn. The American Speech-Language and Hearing Association describes speech-language pathologists as the experts to help develop literacy skills, as the process of reading is complex and centralized around processing sounds and language skills. Also, we have now been able to grow "Beyond" speech services to provide Occupational Therapy and Evaluations. Our mission is to help lay a foundation for your child to succeed in therapy sessions, their academic setting, and the home environment.
